Cairns – Take a leisurely 60 minute drive from Cairns to Innisfail. Along your way are a variety of tourist attractions such as the highest mountain in Queensland known as Mount Bartle Frere and many beautiful swimming holes. Stop in for a feed at one of the most renowned bakeries in Queensland, the Babinda Bakery. You may even spot some beautiful wildlife during your drive to Innisfail!

Mission Beach – Take a leisurely 40 minute drive from Mission Beach to Innisfail. Along the way, you will experience an amazing scenery and you may come across some of the local wildlife, such as birds, wallabies and cassowaries. The sugar cane and banana industries are well renowned in the far north region and you will be fortunate to experience the amazing sugar cane farms and banana plantations as you make your way to Innisfail.

Atherton Tablelands – Experience the wonderful scenery of the Atherton Tablelands and its surrounding areas as you make your way to Innisfail. This 90 minute drive gives you the opportunity to take a look at the amazing farms that farm fresh produce and livestock (especially dairy cattle). Stop in at the wonderful Gallo Dairyland Cafe/Restaurant and taste their amazing cheese and chocolate or visit their working dairy farm. Do not forget to also stop in at Milla Milla Falls and Henrietta Creek.


Simply make your way to the Innisfail Commercial Wharf located along the Innisfail Esplanade and look out for the ‘SNAPPING TOURS START HERE’ sign.
